John’s Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated mechanical contracting firm who concentrates on service and repair work for all types of heating and cooling systems. We have served the Washington DC metropolitan area since 1981. Michael Saman, owner and president has been working with his father John since he was a child carrying on his fathers traditions of keeping your customers first and providing quick service at a reasonable price. The name of the firm has remained to honor the tradition of quality craftsmanship and customer service built by my father.
